Safety Toolkit PH is an online resource created by People360 to help individuals and organizations navigate occupational safety and health requirements in the Philippines. The platform centralizes safety resources, training information, and regulatory guidance into a single, easy-to-navigate experience.
The goal was to design a modern, intuitive platform that allows users to quickly find safety information while complying with OSH regulations. The experience needed to be clear, structured, and accessible for a wide range of users.
Research focused on structuring complex safety content into a clear, navigable system through information architecture, user flows, and early validation.

Early information architecture and user flow mapping helped define content hierarchy and surface edge cases before moving into wireframes.

Wireframes were created to validate layout, hierarchy, and navigation before moving into high-fidelity UI. These were reviewed with the client to ensure alignment on structure and user flow.

The UI uses a minimal visual system with red and deep yellow to reflect safety and caution. A modern sans-serif typeface was chosen for legibility across text-heavy pages and smaller screen sizes.

Site Inspiration: The visual direction was informed by the client’s existing website to ensure continuity across platforms. The new design adopted a cleaner, more structured layout while preserving familiar visual cues from the main site.
The final design delivered a clearer, more structured experience that made it easier for users to navigate safety resources and find relevant information quickly. The platform improved clarity across content-heavy pages, strengthened call-to-actions, and created a more approachable, trustworthy experience aligned with People360’s brand.
